The Kirksville Housing Authority promotes adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free from discrimination. We are determined to help the elderly, disabled persons, victims of domestic violence and low to very-low income individuals and families, as well as fight homelessness.
The Housing Authority of the City of Kirksville is currently taking applications for zero bedroom (efficiency) and one bedroom apartments at our Village 76 complex. To be eligible applicants must be 62 years of age or older or handicapped/disabled, meet the income guidelines and provide two landlord references.
